The People Operations (Pops) team attracts extraordinary talent that makes up the Grab family. In our tightknit Talent Acquisition team you will help shape a future and play an important role in Grabs growth.
Get to Know the Role
You will manage the hiring process and engage with a global talent taskforce. You will report to a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Grabs Singapore One North office.This is a fulltime internship that requires you to be based onsite from May to August 2025.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will gain experience in the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer management.
- You will assess candidates through structured screening and refine criteria in hiring debriefs.
- You will use recruitment platforms and AI tools to enhance candidate engagement.
- You will contribute to projects optimising recruitment workflows.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Undergraduate degree in HR Psychology Business Arts & Social Science or related fields.
- Experience in team collaboration and contributing to group goals.
- Identify tasks and opportunities for contribution without waiting for assignments manage process flows and tasks to meet timelines.
- An eye for accuracy to details show ease in speaking with candidates and building relationships.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms.
