QUEL EST LE TRAVAIL
Relevant directement du Chef la personne occupant le poste de ptissier de production est charge dassurer la production du pain des ptisseries etc. en pour 800 clients. Il sagit dun poste rotatif travaillant 14 jours de travail 14 jours de cong dans un camp isol.
Les tches et responsabilits du poste dassistant(e) administratif(ve) incluent mais ne se limitent pas ncessairement aux tches suivantes:
- Production de pains frais ptes pizza viennoiseries tartes gteaux muffins et autres ptisseries
- Planification et dveloppement de loffre de desserts
- Production des desserts frais
- Collaboration avec le chef et le responsable du camp pour garantir la satisfaction des besoins des clients
WHATS THE JOB
As a remote Baker reporting to the Sous Chef you will be responsible for a full bake including breads rolls pastries and some special dietary needs of our 800 clients. This is a rotational position working 14 days on 14 days off in a remote camp site.
Your work will include:
- Production of fresh breads pizza dough pastries pies cakes muffins and other pastries
- Planning and developing dessert offerings
- Produce fresh dessert offerings
- Working with Chef and Camp Manager to ensure clients needs are met
Qualifications :
QUI RECHERCHONSNOUS
Exigences essentielles applicables au poste:
- Diplme en gestion htelire en restauration ou combinaison quivalente de formation technique et/ou dexprience connexe ;
- Au moins 5 ans dexprience en ptisserie et en production grande chelle ;
- Exprience en milieu de travail isol (considr comme un atout).

- Capacit travailler sous pression ;
- Parler anglais la matrise de langlais est ncessaire afin de communiquer avec les collaborateurs locaux anglophones);
- Excellentes comptences organisationnelles ;

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Diploma in hotel management catering or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience;
- A minimum of 5 years experience in pastry and highvolume production;
- Previous experience of working in isolated environments in the natural resources and/or construction sectors is considered an asset.

- Ability to perform under stress;
- English speaker (fluency in English is required to communicate with local Englishspeaking colleagues);
- Excellent organizational skills;
- High reliability;
- Good adaptability;
- Qualityoriented;
- Suitable for largescale production;
- Enthusiasm for challenges and new initiatives.
