Job Description
- Call florists who have delinquent accounts and answer questions florist may have regarding their past due accounts
- Document all calls via the computer
- Answer incoming calls from florists or employees in other departments
- Submit ACH or credit card payments that are given by the customer
- Document comments from mail via the computer
- Notify florists when Teleflora receives an insufficient funds check
- Observe accounts for shops that have delinquent branch shops
- Other duties as needed
- Review accounts and make cancellation recommendations to the Collection Supervisor
Qualifications :
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge/Skills:
- Experience collecting on delinquent accounts
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to make decision with little direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Ability to speak clearly in a wellmodulated voice using good diction
- Typing 25 WPM/ net minimum
- Knowledgeable in basic computer skills
