We are looking for a Branch Manager who will drive the sales and operations of our business unit. As the Branch Manager you will be accountable for ongoing customer satisfaction profitability and efficiency that is driven by the branches regional operations sales and administration activities with a focus on safety. You will be focused on gaining market share and expanding our footprint throughout the region. Ultimately your effective leadership will be the key to the ongoing success of the branch.
Branch Manager duties include:
- Profit & Loss Responsibility
- HS&E responsibility
- Annual budget development and
- Quarterly forecasting of inventory requirements
- Business strategy development and
- Business data analysis to assist in day to day decisions
- Managing employee performance
- Dispute resolution (customers vendors and employees)
- Develop and manage regional supply chain activities (procurement logistics & vendor relations)
- Effective communication to internal stakeholders at organizational various levels
Qualifications :
- A Leader by example
- Progressive experience in direct sales 2 yrs) and management 2 yrs)
- Proven supervisory leadership and communication skills within a team environment
- Sound working knowledge of the Canadian industrial markets
- Excellent customer relationship management and relationship development skills
- Computer proficiency: ability to extract understand manipulate data.
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency
- Experience within managing assets in both a rental and sales capacity
