WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT:
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- continuously analysing webshop performance and identifying areas for improvement
- creating highfidelity prototypes in Figma and refine UX/UI based on data insights
- collaborating with stakeholders across departments to align business goals with user needs
- writing conversionfocused UX copy that improves engagement and clarity
- conducting user research A/B testing and usability audits to optimise our webshop

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING:
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- has at least one year of experience in UX within ecommerce
- has at least one year of experience with A/B testing and CRO
- brings 3 years of experience in UX/UI design with a mobilefirst approach
- takes a datainformed approach to UX usability and conversion optimisation
- is proficient in Figma and UX research methods
- is fluent in English both written and spoken
- works in a structured detailoriented way
