Job Description

The Job Mission

As a Junior Project Manager you play a key role in performance reporting.
Your future team is central to project control and strategic oversight.
This role supports largescale UK nuclear projects with crossfunctional exposure.

Define update and maintain project reporting procedures per EPRE standards
Deliver internal and external progress reports in line with contractual obligations
Consolidate and analyse project data from SAP P6 CEMAR MDT MANTIS and more
Provide strategic insights and performance indicators to the wider project team
Regularly issue formal reports according to agreed project controls procedures
Optimise tools and processes using feedback standards and best practice
Support team members with training and guidance on tools and reporting practices
Participate in crossdiscipline groups to evolve PMO methods for future projects


Qualifications :

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

Strong experience with project reporting and performance analysis
Skilled in tools such as SAP Primavera (P6 CEMAR MDT or MANTIS
Able to create reports aligned to contractual and procedural frameworks
Experience defining or refining PMO processes and methodologies
Familiar with producing performance indicators for complex projects
Ability to consolidate and interpret technical project data
Proven ability to support crossfunctional project teams
Excellent attention to detail and process optimisation skills

Desired Skills

Knowledge of nuclear industry standards and large infrastructure projects
Understanding of EPRE project methodologies
Proficiency in Power BI or similar dashboard tools
Familiarity with metadata management systems (e.g. SP CAMELEON)
Experience in mentoring or training other PMO professional
