Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. FullStack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cuttingedge highperformance applications. You will play a key role in designing building and optimizing fullstack solutions. You will lead the development of scalable efficient and robust software systems collaborating closely with crossfunctional teams including software engineers machine learning engineers and product managers
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain fullstack applications including frontend backend and database layers to support highperformance AI platforms.
- Collaborate with machine learning engineers to integrate AI models into scalable productionready applications.
- Optimize application performance ensuring low latency high availability and efficient resource utilization.
- Lead the development of gRPC GraphQL RESTful APIs and other microservices to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable deployment of software updates.
- Work closely with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions ensuring a usercentric approach to software development.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and technologies in fullstack development AI integration and cloud computing.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Participation in a team oncall rotation providing sevenday week out of hours coverage including the provision of afterhours and weekend support work when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in fullstack software development with a proven track record of building and deploying scalable applications.
- Strong proficiency in frontend technologies (e.g. React Angular Vue.js) and backend languages and frameworks (e.g. Go Node.js Python Spring Boot).
- Experience with database systems (e.g. PostgreSQL MongoDB Redis) and data modeling.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) and experience with containerization tools (Docker Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI).
- Strong problemsolving skills with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into fullstack applications.
- Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform CloudFormation).
- Strong understanding of security best practices in software development.
This position requires participation in an oncall rotation to provide afterhours support as needed.

Interview Process:

If you clear the initial phone interview you will enter the main process which consists of four technical interviews:
- Coding assessment in a language of your choice.
- Systems design: Translate highlevel requirements into a scalable faulttolerant service.
- Systems handson: Demonstrate practical skills in a live problemsolving session.
- Project deepdive: Present your past exceptional work to a small audience.
- Meet and greet with the wider team.
- Our goal is to finish the main process within one week.
- We dont rely on recruiters for assessments.
