As a Website Project Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful of
website development projects. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams clients and
stakeholders to coordinate project activities monitor progress and ensure that all project
requirements are met. Your attention to detail excellent communication skills and ability to
manage resources will be essential for the seamless delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination:
Coordinate project schedules ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Allocate information required for project .
Collaborate with internal teams to assign tasks set priorities and manage workload distribution.
Liaise with individual project managers to gather updates on the progress of various project
components.
2. Client Satisfaction:
Maintain close communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and expectations
throughout the project.
Address client inquiries concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
Ensure that project deliverables align with client requirements and specifications.
Keep clients informed of project timelines and milestones.
3. Progress Monitoring:
Monitor project progress identifying potential issues or roadblocks and taking proactive
measures to address them.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to all relevant participants.
Create and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
4. Issue Resolution:
Act as the primary point of contact for projectrelated issues resolving conflicts and challenges
as they arise.
Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions to project hurdles.
5. Quality Assurance & Project Delivery:
Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure that the final website product meets established
standards and requirements.
Implement and oversee quality control processes to improve project outcomes.
Ensure successful project delivery by coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Must have deep knowledge of website development processes and technologies.
Bachelors degree in project management business administration or a related field (or
equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in project coordination or management with a focus on website
development projects.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
