What Were Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a verified trauma program.
- Certification: Boardcertified in General Surgery. A Surgery Critical Care certification is a plus but not required.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with hospital leadership.
- Passion: A deep commitment to trauma surgery and a desire for continuous professional growth.
