About the Role
Join SAMGI Americas leading Trauma and Acute Care Surgery group as the Trauma Medical Director at a Level II Trauma Center in El Paso Texas. This is your chance to lead a dedicated team of skilled surgeons and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) overseeing a diverse case mix of emergency general surgery and trauma.

What Were Looking For
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a verified trauma program.
- Certification: Boardcertified in General Surgery. A Surgery Critical Care certification is a plus but not required.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team and collaborate with hospital leadership.
- Passion: A deep commitment to trauma surgery and a desire for continuous professional growth.
