This is a great opportunity to join one of Sydneys leading hospitality companies providing support for a wide range of exciting events.
About The Role
The Fresh Collective is seeking a selfmotivated and friendly Driver to join our dynamic Logistics Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a growing hospitality group providing logistical support for highquality events across Sydney.
Key Benefits:

- 38 hours per week with flexible shifts including rotating shifts across 7 days (Monday to Saturday with occasional Sundays as needed).
- Hourly pay: $32.25 per hour (MonFri) and $38.70 per hour (Saturday) plus superannuation.
- Overtime pay for additional hours worked.
- Opportunities to work on large exciting events with a variety of setups and logistics requirements.
- Coffee and lunch provided daily
Key Responsibilities:
- Pack and load glassware containers linen food and kitchen equipment with care.
- Drive a courier van and 3T Pantech Truck to various locations across Sydney for event deliveries and pickups.
- Work closely with the logistics team on bumpins and bumpouts for large events.
- Ensure that all items are delivered safely and on time and returned to the correct locations.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A full manual drivers license.
- Previous courier or driver experience with a strong understanding of Sydneys CBD and surrounding areas including the location of loading docks.
- A hardworking reliable attitude with a focus on teamwork and a customerfirst mindset.
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday with a flexible schedule and the ability to work on rotating shifts across the week.
