RPO Recruitments Client is looking for candidates to join their team in Johannesburg Gauteng. This position is Head of Sales you will report to the CEO and serve as a member of their leadership team. You must be very ambitious driven and strategic.
Requirements:
- 8 years of sales leadership experience generating revenue as Head of Sales.
- Proficiency in at least two of these languages: English Afrikaans Zulu Xhosa.
- Experience in selling B2B services to MidMarket & Enterprise clients.
- Experience in building managing and coaching sales teams.
- Exceptional achievement of sales goals presentation and communication skills.
- Strategic and handson mindset and attitude.
- Experience in developing an advanced sales stack with significant automation.
- Technically savvy you will be selling a technologybased product.
- Experience building an endtoend sales pipeline: identifying and developing prospects from various of sources (lead lists outside resources).
- Comfortable communicating and selling to Csuitelevel clients.
- Ability to quickly adopt and learn sales processes from prospecting to giving presentations and closing deals. Driven relationshipbased sales performer.
- Proficient with technology and sales and marketing tools such as Freshsales or Hubspot.
