P1C1STSTechnical Manager JavaWe are looking for a highly skilled Techical manager to join our team and play a key role in managing realtime payment solutions within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java PLSQL experience in Web Technologies IBM WebSphere Server and familiarity with databases. This role requires an individual who is adept at troubleshooting debugging and working within a Linux in production environment. The person must be handson in coding (Java) Investigating and resolving production issuesStrong troubleshooting and debugging skills with experience working in a Linux environment.Good in Requirement gathering.Good in client handlingPerforming root cause analysisDevelop and manage the project communication resource plans and processesAnalyze all management and technical processes to ensure they re delivered as expectedMeet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectivesStrong in JavaStrong in Oracle/PLSQLJSP and TagLib Knowledge added advantageGood in Linux added advantageStrong in LeadershipStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a teamoriented collaborative environment.Strong in IBM Web Sphere server
