We are seeking a meticulous and highly efficient Laboratory Operations Support Technician to join our team in Andover United States. This role is critical in maintaining the optimal operation of our laboratory facilities ensuring all equipment and processes adhere to our stringent standards of quality and safety.
- Execute essential daytoday laboratory operations including equipment setup maintenance and troubleshooting with utmost precision
- Conduct mandatory calibration and quality control checks on laboratory instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all laboratory activities inventory and equipment maintenance
- Rigorously enforce and support the implementation of safety protocols and procedures
- Oversee laboratory supplies and inventory management including timely ordering and restocking to prevent operational disruptions
- Collaborate effectively with scientists and laboratory staff to ensure streamlined workflow and timely project completion
- Meticulously prepare samples and materials for experiments and testing adhering to strict protocols
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of laboratory processes and procedures identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements
Qualifications :
- Associates degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. Biology Chemistry) or equivalent professional experience is mandatory
- Minimum of 13 years of demonstrable experience in a laboratory environment is required
- Demonstrated proficiency in the operation and maintenance of diverse laboratory equipment is essential
- Exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to following precise protocols and procedures
- Superior organizational capabilities and time management skills are crucial
- Proven competence in data entry and meticulous recordkeeping
- Requisite computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Comprehensive understanding of laboratory safety practices and strict adherence to safety guidelines is nonnegotiable
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a highpressure laboratory environment
- Advanced problemsolving abilities and aptitude for resolving equipment malfunctions
- Laboratory safety certification is highly desirable
- Indepth comprehension of quality control processes within a laboratory context is imperative

Additional Details:
The position is fulltime onsite MonFri 6:30 am2:30 pm. Overtime will be required on a rotational basis to cover weekend Bioreactor sampling and occasional offshift operations. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Andover MA and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
