Job Description
Job description: Project Manager
1. Good knowledge on complete product development process (BES process)
2. Good knowledge on material plastic mold tooling & manufacturing norms/standards
3. Good knowledge on product design design calculations & simulation. Good proficiency with CAD software (preferably NX or Creo) GD&T
4. Provide innovative & costeffective design solutions (RPP) for customer requirement based on set guidelines calculations simulations & validations.
5. Good Knowledge on SE tools such as DFMA DFMEA DRBFM DFR Quality Gates BPS basics & problemsolving tools.
6. Work experience in Agile Project Management
7. Agile Project management expertise (Preferable:Agile and PMI certification) with handling Quality gates
8. Process optimization.
9. Knowledge on Lean manufacturing
Qualifications :
1. B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Automotive)
2. Minimum 5 8 years work experience
3. Willingness to travel (approx. 1012 days a month)
4. Good communication skills
5. Sound knowledge in excel and power point
6. Team player
Additional Information :
Desirables
1. Prior experience in project management /Product development /BPS preferred
2. Exposure to Industry 4.0 and Digitization
