Who You Are:
Youre a benefits whiz with a passion for helping employees make the most of their perks! As our Benefits Analyst youll be the goto expert in optimizing and managing Galaxys benefits and timeoff programs. You thrive on data love problemsolving and enjoy making complex benefits processes feel seamless.
What Youll Do:
- Keep our benefits and leave programs running smoothlyhandling the daytoday details like a pro
- Manage system configurations and integrations ensuring everything runs like a welloiled machine
- Dive into data audits to keep records pristine aligned with payroll/HR systems and 100 compliant
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure our employees get topnotch benefits service
- Stay ahead of the curve on benefits trends and legislative changesbecause knowledge is power
What Were Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in benefits finance or consulting (bonus points for HR or benefits admin experience!
- Advanced Excel skillsyou know spreadsheets like the back of your hand
- Techsavvy and excited by data details and efficiency
- A quick learner who can master benefits admin and HR software with ease
- A selfstarter who takes ownership and thrives in fastpaced deadlinedriven environments
- Bachelors degree required
