Your Role: Senior Education Counsellor

We are looking for passionate and experienced Senior Education Counsellors who can inspire students to take bold steps toward their global education dreams. You will be the guiding light helping students choose the right courses navigate their university applications and empower them to become the next generation of global leaders.

What Youll Do

Inspire & Empower Aspirations: Through personalized assessments you will help students uncover their potential guiding them to programs and universities that align with their interests career goals and aspirations.

Provide Expert Program Guidance: Research and recommend the best universities and programs across top destinations like the UK USA Canada Australia and Germany. Your expertise will help students make wellinformed decisions that align with their goals.

Master the Application Process: Assist students in crafting outstanding applications preparing documentation and navigating the complexities of the application process to ensure their profiles shine.

Transformative Counselling: Be the catalyst that opens doors to the worlds top programs for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Your support will be instrumental in helping them realize their dreams.

Test & Certification Guidance: Provide students with insights into standardized tests and certifications helping them enhance their profiles with strong scores and relevant extracurriculars.

Pathway Planning for Younger Students: Help middle school and high school students build solid academic and vocational paths that will prepare them for successful overseas education journeys.

What Were Looking For

A Bachelors degree is required with a Masters degree preferredideally from an international university.

Proven experience in counselling either in a college/university admissions office or as a high school college guidance counsellor.

Indepth knowledge of international education systems particularly in the USA UK Canada Australia and Europe.

Strong relationshipbuilding skills with the ability to connect effectively with students parents and colleagues.

Genuine passion for guiding students to realize their dreams of studying abroad.

Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and provide evidencebased recommendations.
