About the Operations Graduate Program.

Based in Ballarat Victoria or Smithton Tasmania our Operations Graduate Program is a specialised 2year rotational experience. You will gain valuable broad multifunctional exposure across operations which could include rotations within Technical Operations and Manufacturing all whilst completing a structured leadership development program throughout the two years.

About you.

Qualifications:

• Has or is studying a Bachelors degree in Engineering Food Science or related discipline
• Will graduate in February 2025 or has recently graduated in the last 12 months
• Has full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Has excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Has full unrestricted working rights in Australia/New Zealand
