Job Description

Responsibilities:


Ecosystem Mapping:

  • Research and identify key players in the startup ecosystem including startups incubators accelerators investors and relevant industry partners.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of market trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Plan and execute initiatives to foster inbound application of startups from other states for Thub programs.

Partnership Development:

  • Build and nurture relationships with startups incubators/accelerators and other stakeholders to foster collaboration like access to their startups and domain expertise in exchange for access to Thub 6M and 2P support.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships that align our goals and contribute to the growth of the startup ecosystem. Positioning THub as an incubator of incubators and creating engagement plans with other incubators in the country.

Event Coordination:

  • Plan and organize events meetups and workshops to bring together startups investors and industry experts with respect to sourcing startups.
  • Represent the organization at relevant conferences networking events and industry gatherings.

Startup Selection and Revenue Management:

  • Conduct the selection process of startups evaluating applications and collaborating with the internal selection committee to ensure right startups get into Thub programs.
  • Ensure alignment with program goals and criteria while identifying high potential ventures.
  • Ensure the revenue targets are met while selecting the right startups for programs.
  • Coordinate with funding desk to enable global grants for Thub Startups.


KPI


  • No of incubator/accelerator partners globally. Quality annual active engagements with the partners.
  • Ensure high quality startups onboarding for Thub programs and initiatives.
  • No. of highquality startups from other states migrated to Hyd/part of our programs.
  • No of Startups onboarded by outbound activities for programs and initiatives.
  • No of events in Telangana districts and startups impacted from tier 2.
  • Amount of Grant availed by Thub Startups.
  • SI program revenues achieved.

Expectations:


  • Professional with 6 years of experience in ecosystem outreach community building; preferably a former founder
  • Extensive understanding of market access
  • Preferred to be Masters in business from a reputed university
  • Indepth granular understanding of the startup journey and founder mindset. Preferably a startup founder who has scaled startups.
  • Strategic thinker who can analyze data identify trends and make datadriven decisions.
  • The resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
