Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $37500 $43500 per year
Position Overview: We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. As a Data Entry Clerk you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data management processes. Your primary responsibility will be to input verify and maintain data in our databases enabling our organization to operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into the database.
- Verify and correct errors in data entries as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Generate reports and summaries from the database.
- Assist in organizing and categorizing data for easy access.
- Respond to data inquiries and provide support to team members.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with database software and data management systems.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in data entry or related field preferred.
