Nelson Mullins is looking to add a Litigation Associateto join its Construction litigation group in the Orlando office. As an AmLaw100 firm this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team and a growing office. The ideal candidate has experience in construction litigation.

You will be joining a knowledgeable team involved in litigation claims analysis and risk management and largescale infrastructure programs and projects (procurement contracting and claims). All candidates are asked tosubmit the following application materials:
Withat least 4 yearsof versatile commercial or construction litigation experience you have a demonstrated ability to take complex cases from start to finish through all forms of dispute resolution. With valuable court hearing experience preferably dispositive motion practice you are able to analyze complex fact patterns to applicable case and statutory law to develop a case for litigation and trial. Demonstrated deposition experience preferably involving the taking and defending of key fact witnesses and expert witnesses; and demonstrated experience in various modes of dispute resolution including mediation with arbitration and trial experience is a plus. You have respectable academic credentials but more importantly a common sense practical approach to litigation while consistently applying your diligent work ethic with a positive attitude. Applicants must be admitted to and in Good Standing with the Florida Bar.
