Job Description
Description of the role:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant at Volvo Cars of Virginia Beach you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and preferences. You will play a key role in showcasing the quality and features of Volvo vehicles to potential buyers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers visiting the dealership.
- Understand and communicate the features and benefits of Volvo and preowned vehicles.
- Assist customers in test driving vehicles and completing the sales process.
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and build longterm relationships.
- Learn and stay current on the product lines the ins and outs of the product offerings optional packages and the latest technologies.
- Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Perform highquality professional demonstrations of new and preownedvehicles.
- Negotiate with customers clearly and concisely.
- Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively.
- Stay current on brand promotions financing options valueadded products and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Prior retail sales experience preferred
- Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written andverbal communication skills
- Available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid drivers licenseand acceptable DMV record required
- Willing to submit preemployment background check DMV record and drug screen
