Project Management :
Plan execute and deliver Oracle Fusion and EBS projects ensuring they meet scope budget and timeline requirements.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies.
Lead project status meetings and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
Solution Delivery :
Oversee the design development configuration and deployment of Oracle Fusion and EBS modules ensuring best practices.
Facilitate data migration and integration between legacy systems and Oracle solutions.
Ensure system functionality aligns with business requirements and industry standards.
Team Leadership :
Manage crossfunctional teams comprising functional consultants developers and thirdparty vendors.
Provide guidance mentorship and performance feedback to team members.
Stakeholder Engagement :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct requirementgathering sessions present solutions and manage change requests effectively.
Reporting & Compliance :
Monitor project progress and create detailed status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for data security and privacy.
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience :
Technical Expertise :
Strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion (Finance HCM SCM) and Oracle EBS modules.
Experience with Oracle upgrades customizations and integrations using middleware tools.
Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is a plus.
Project Management Skills :
Proven ability to manage multiple complex Oracle projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Agile Waterfall or Hybrid project management methodologies.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to address critical issues in a fastpaced environment.
Experience :
8 years of experience in Oracle implementations with at least 3 years as a Project Manager.
Handson experience in endtoend lifecycle implementations of both Oracle Fusion and Oracle EBS.
