Job Description:
Technical Skills
- Goodknowledge on Exchange 2013/2016/2019 and Exchange Online.
- Good working experience on Exchange 2013/2016/2019 Components (DAG Exchange Database Outlook Web Access Offline Address List Mail Flow Free/ Busy High availability)
- Experience in managing and restoring O365 mailboxes Shared / Resource mailboxes public folders Dynamic groups Calendar and Licencing
- Knowledge on configuring & troubleshooting Auto Discover Offline Address Book Out of Office Scheduling & free busy Outlook Web Access Outlook Connectivity.
- Experience on hybrid environment and SAN Certificate renewal and analysing Events Logs / IIS logs / Protocol Logging.
- Hands on experience on Teams online such as managing Teams Rooms Analytics & reports and Live Events
- Good experience on Email Security gateways Connectors Transport rulesand troubleshooting skills on Email routing
- Good knowledge of Exchange PowerShell scripting.
- Troubleshoot issues both at the client (Microsoft outlook) and admin side.
