Job Description

Job Summary

Join the SiteWorker team As a Solar Installer your responsibilities are to assemble install and/or maintain/service solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on roofs or other structures in accordance with design plans. May include but are not limited to; measuring cutting attaching and assembling structural framing (racking systems) solar modules and other necessary components to complete a solar installation.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in solar installation is a MUST
Familiarity with electrical systems and construction techniques
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Valid drivers license

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform manual labor
Comfortable working on rooftops and in confined space.
