ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position Overview:
The Branch Operations Manager manages daily driver route assignments while utilizing technology provided by the Logistics Department. The Manager has the responsibility to ensure the Service Technicians meet the needs of the customers while complying with DOT regulations including time worked and time driven as well as all applicable regulations.
Compensation between $110000 and $120000 annually

*Maintain an onhand inventory of supplies/tools and commonly needed equipment to minimize lost time due to outages while preventing overstocking.Must be familiar with standard Company practices and procedures when assigning routes or taking customer calls.

Business Performance* Responsible for the P&L and implementation of an annual yearly business plan for the branch along with branch strategies. The Branch Operations Manager is expected to meet monthly revenue goals and stay within monthly budgeted expenses. Participate in a wide variety of special projects and compile a variety of special reports. *MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITY REQUIREMENTS *3 years in management and or leadership experience Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred Experience managing DOTregulated drivers and vehicles preferred
