Position: Engineer CAM Programmer
Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma
Experience: 5 to 8 Years
Joining Time: 15 30 days.
Skill/ Roles and Responsibility:
- Should have 4 to 5 years of proven experience in CAM programming Esprit Auto Cad 3D Rhino3D Fusion).
- Sound knowledge of material grades tooling selection and machining processes.
- Read and Interpret drawing GD&T and 3D Model.
- Should have good knowledge of post processers and able to study realtime output verification of tool paths using machine simulations.
- Provide CAM Programs to Turn Mill machines as per 3D Model and Drawing and prove out components on machines.
- Selection of toolings and processes for machining complex parts with minimum cycle time.
- Handle and resolve technical issues related to part dimensions and implement processes to run machines effectively.
- Training operators to use CAM programs on machines and prove out programs on machines.
- Maintaining and Implementation of the quality systems as per documented procedures.
- Others on an assignment basis.
