Youll play a crucial role in ensuring effective employee relations streamlining HR processes and maintaining accurate employee data while fostering a fun and innovative culture. Job Purpose:
As our People Experience Lead you will be the first point of contact for all employee relations and general HR inquiries for Customer Development Marketing Finance R&D and other officebased roles in the US and Canada. Youll support our employees as the subject matter expert in key HR processes oversee HR transactions and provide valueadded analysis and reporting. Youll also participate in HR projects and initiatives balancing customer service/advocacy for employees and administering company policies.
