This is a 9 months Fixed Term Contract
How you will make contributions that matter:
- Deliver excellent HR administration supportby ensuring timely accurate and consistent entry of information into systems like Workday.
- Following training provide accurate advice and supporton tier one employment policies to managers and employees including maternity and compassionate leave.
- Become a Subject Matter Expertin key HR processes such as starters leavers L&D ER and Benefits.
- Coach and advise managerson HRrelated queries building effective relationships within the business.
- Ensure compliancewith UK employment legislation and company policies in all advice support and administration.
- Work with the wider HR teamto escalate queries effectively to relevant administration or specialist teams.
You are best suited to this role if:
- Experience in office or admin role with a focus on delivering customer service.
- Ability to manage workload and prioritize taskseffectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Confident in dealing with employeesat all levels across the organisation.
- Ability to work independentlyand in a busy environment with a proactive approach.
- Flexible attitudeto assist in various team areas as needed.
