As a Customer Service Representative in Lisbon Portugal (OnSite) youll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence and meeting performance goals all while delivering exceptional customer experiences. What Youll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative you will:

Engage with customers to provide expert guidance on Masterpiece Policy for Homeowners products and services through incoming calls or emails.

Review requests make informed decisions and process them with precision.

Showcase your problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Focus on continuous improvement to elevate customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications

Are fluent in French (written and spoken) and have a strong command of English (B2 level).

Possess excellent communication skills empathy and a collaborative team spirit.

Enjoy identifying customer needs and delivering quick solutions.

Are proactive resultsdriven selfmotivated and a strong team player.

Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required!
