Position: SeniorDesign Engineer
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering in the stream of Mechanical / Production. Or Diploma in Engineering in the stream of Mechanical
Desired Experience:Min4 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in a Machine Shop /Tool Holdersor Cutting Tool
Skills Set required/Job Profile :
- Preparing and Manufacturing INDEXABLE TOOL HOLDERS prepares 3DModeland 2D drawings using SolidworksSolidcamUnigraphics NX3and NX6and AUTO CAD.
- Eminent skills on Unigraphics &SolidWorks for CAD & CAM applications &Oracleand SAP.
- Haveoperational skills on CNC VMC 3 4 Axes)Turn Mills& other conventional machines.
- Project management with ontime completion.
- KnowsMSOfficeExcelfor documentation & presentations.
- Good in GD&T ISO standards & Engineering skills.
- Having Good knowledge of ISO & ANSI standard for the Cutting toolas well as in general.
- Have knowledge ofCarbide insertsCartridgeCNC toolingTurningMilling Grooving Drilling Fine boring CBN PCD BT30BT 40BT50 HSK etc.
