Job Description

A wellestablished law firm in Sarasota FL is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated legal professional who is passionate about estate planning and enjoys working in a collaborative clientfocused environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in all aspects of estate planning trust administration and probate matters.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents including wills trusts powers of attorney and healthcare directives.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare summaries on estate planning laws and regulations.
  • Manage case files maintain client records and ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Coordinate with financial advisors accountants and other professionals as needed.
  • Assist with estate and trust funding including asset transfers and beneficiary designations.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide case updates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of estate planning probate and trust administration.
  • Proficiency in legal document preparation and case management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with estate planning software and legal research tools.
