Sr. Developer / Lead / Manager Java Selenium

Experience:
4 9 years
Responsibilities:
- Possess a total of 4 10 years of experience with at least 2 years of specific experience in Java Selenium.
- Preferably strong coding experience in Java.
- Proficiency in constructing scenarios with BDD frameworks like Cucumber Specflow or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Java API testing/Automation using tools such as PostMan RestAssured Karate or equivalent.
- Handson experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium Playwright Cypress or equivalent.
- Proficient in coding skills in Java Jscript Core Java Typescript or equivalent.
- Capable of developing designing and constructing test automation frameworks from scratch selecting the appropriate frameworks based on project requirements.
- Experience in crossbrowser testing/automation using tools like SauceLabs BrowserStack or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a flexible and fastpaced Agile environment.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Define and report Quality Engineering metrics.
- Lead and mentor a team of Quality engineers.
- Handson experience with SQL.
Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in Java Selenium development.
- Strong understanding of BDD frameworks and API testing.
- Excellent coding skills in Java and other relevant languages.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Strong communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Familiarity with SQL and test automation frameworks.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment.
