PurposeofRole
This role is responsible for managing the endtoend recruitment process for Principal recruitment ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The role involves collaborating with marketing on recruitment campaigns directly sourcing and screening candidates managing agency relationships and recruitment of Spanishspeaking teachers. It also includes tracking hiring progress preparing reports coordinating interviews and ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices. Additionally the role requires supporting strategic talent acquisition projects leveraging data insights and aligning recruitment efforts across regions to optimise hiring outcomes and drive the organisations Referral Programme.

- Developnewandinnovativeapproachestoattractandengagewithqualitycandidatesusingavarietyofcreativesourcingandnetworkingtools.
- Proactivelydrivetheendtoendrecruitmentlifecycleforcandidatesusingourapplicanttrackingsystemupdatingrecruitmentworkflowsandkeepingcandidateswarm.
- ConductinitialscreeningcallswithprospectivecandidatesviaMicrosoftTeams.
- WorkwiththeITMtoplanorganiseanddelivertheRecruitmentEvents.
- CollaboratewiththeITMonimplementingemployerbrandingforRecruitmentFairs.
- Collaboratewithmarketingonweeklysocialmediapostsforcurrenthotroles
- Provideweeklyreportsofallacademichiring
- TakebriefingswiththeITMforallPrincipalandSpanishAcademicRoles
- CreateshareanddeliveronahiringproposalforeachPrincipalroletoincludetimelinesforthefirstbatchofCVstobesenthiringmanagerfeedbackandinterviewdates

SkillsQualificationsandExperience
- Minimumof5yearsrecruitingexperience
- ProficientintheuseofLinkedInRecruiterparticularlytoheadhunttalent
- Endtoendrecruitmentexperienceincludinghighvolumeactivity&tightdeadlines
- Demonstrableexperienceincoordinationanddiarymanagementtimemanagementandorganisationskills.
- ExcellentinterpersonalskillsincludingtheabilitytoeffectivelyinteractandcollaboratewithRegionalTeamsSchoolSeniorLeadershipTeamsandcolleaguestoestablishtrustrespectandconfidence.
