Job Description:
The Senior Analyst Procurement position will be based in Chennai India. In this position you will report to the Manager Procurement.
We are looking for someone who demonstrates:

Here is a glimpse of what youll do:
- Manage and Review PR and PO: indirect purchase order (PO placement ApprovalSupplier Acknowledgement)
- Timely issuance of POs to Vendors followup for order confirmation and coordination for on time payment to suppliers
- Coordinating with vendors for actual delivery status
- On time completion of Open Purchase Order Report
- VMF: Vendor onboarding and maintenance
- XPA: Creation follow up and closure.
- Accrual file validation from AP
- Testing support for NetSuite and other new tools
- Process documents Owner for all Procurement activities.
- KPI Metrics Owner Past due Order confirmation invoice challenges and RNB Reports
- Ad hoc reports and Slides to other NX team regarding procurement activities
- InterDepartment backup support
- VRA (Vendor Return Authorization) Request
- Aged PO/Past due closure
- Capex PO management
- Master Data management Vendors
- Payment terms negotiation with vendors
Here is some of what you will need (required):
- Graduate with 13 experience in Procurement operations (P2P process).
- Experience in vendor management.
- Flexible to work in US time zone.
- Selfstarting mindset attention to details.
- Intermediate to Advance excel skills (familiar with formula VLOOKUP sum if etc. and PPT.
