What youll do
- Design and deliver performance and scalability tests for stakeholders
- Do a detailed RCA and identify the bottle neck for any performance issue at the code level wherever possible
- Very good experience in building reports/summaries with clear detailing of performance challenges and next steps
- Identify different ways to simplify the over performance test process and automate them
- Work closely with other internal teams such as product management development and endusers to ensure product success.
- Customer first attitude ready to work on mitigating any customer/stakeholder issues
What you bring
- 3 7 years of prior experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
- Handson experience in performance and scalability tests. Good knowledge in any of the load generating tools
- Working knowledge on Cloud based Applications
- Scripting/Coding knowledge (any language preferably python/nodejs)
- Very good logical mindset to detailed root cause analysis
- Knowledge in Kubernetes Docker will be preferred
- Open to learn adapt and contribute to Open Source technologies (Cloud Native)
