We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated Museum Management Consultant to handle a variety of Museum management related duties.

Main responsibilities and tasks

• Coordination of the Museums activities and management of its collections;
• Events organisation;
• Planning and management of visits and educational programs at the Museum;
• Management of the Museums social media;
• Public and media relations;
• Monitoring of publications;
• Monitoring of projects related to the Museum;
• Networking with other Museums and art gallery professionals;
• Monitoring the Museums website;
• Cooperation with Museum staff;
• Liaising with the Management Board;
• Liaising and communication with Suppliers.

Desired skills & Experience:

• Bachelor degree in a field related to the above;
• Excellent command of English both written and oral;
• Good Knowledge of French German or other European languages will be appreciated;
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office use of Internet and social media;
• Experience between 35 years in a relevant position.

• Excellent communication skills both writing and verbally;

• Ability to handle stress and deadlines;
