Looking to start your career in security services We have a great opportunity for you!Commissionaires BC is looking to hire individuals for upcoming seasonal positions that will be opening up. We are looking individuals who can work on a fulltime parttime or casual basis.
Wage range: $19 28 (site and role dependent)

Commissionaires BC is a Canadian notforprofit security/enforcement organization that has been in business since 1927. Our mandate is to give back to those who served and continue to serve in our communities and country.
Commissionaires provides security services for over 200 sites and are located in over 110 communities across the province. Our client base runs from the Federal Government to local municipalities airports industrial sectors and commercial/residential buildings.
Our guards are not only behind the scenes providing security and access control but front andcentreproviding valued customer service to the public.
We are looking for security guards who are available to work in the Kelowna area.

Some of your responsibilities include:
- Patrolling various sites/locations
- Offering first class customer service to both clients and general public
- Mobile patrolling/ticketing
- Access Control
- CCTV Monitoring
- Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations and conflicts
- Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports
- Effectively communicating problems or concerns to the Site Supervisor
YourMustHaves:
- BC Security License
- Basic or Immediate First Aid (OFA 1 or OFA 2
- You have resided in Canada for 5 years for clearance purposes
- You have excellent problem solving skills
- You can work under pressure
- Able to stand for long periods and work both indoors and outdoors in a range of weather conditions;
Your NiceToHaves:
- You have a valid Drivers Licence with a clean drivers abstract
- Previous security experience
- Flexible schedule
