Job Description
Location:Odisha
Experience Required: 49 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Crane Maintenance:Proficient in maintenance and troubleshooting ofcranes transfer trolleys and hydraulic/electrical systems.
Safety & Standards:Knowledge of5S QC Kaizen Pariyojana(indigenous plant project) and LQC practices.
Preventive Maintenance:Plan and execute preventive predictive and shutdown maintenance for EOT cranes 5T to 300T) JIB cranes gantry cranes hoists and more.
Crane Overhaul:Skilled in handling slab tong maintenance pin and lock replacement wheel wire rope and bogie assembly replacement.
Monitoring & Documentation:Ensure roundtheclock crane operation maintain records in SAP and implement IMS standards.
Training & Supervision:Provide technical and safety training to technicians crane operators and cleaners; ensure safe operations under OSHA ASME guidelines.
