Urgent Hiring: Quality Analyst (Junior Level) #Jaipur
Location: Usha Precisions Products Pvt Ltd SEZ Jaipur #Manufacturing Industry
Role: Fulltime
The Quality Analyst leads the organizations quality function ensuring regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement to achieve worldclass quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a quality strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (e.g. IATF16949 VDA 6.3.
Monitor quality metrics conduct audits and ensure compliance.
Implement CAPA processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee supplier quality management and deliver employee quality training.
Manage the quality budget and communicate performance to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering or quality management.
45 years of quality management experience including leadership roles.
Strong communication leadership and analytical skills.
Industryspecific knowledge and data analysis expertise.
