About the team
The Growth and Partnerships team is the revenuegenerating arm of the Ei Shiksha a vertical of Ei that exclusively works with lowincome or government schools. It takes Eis expertise in assessments educational research and technologybased personalized adaptive learning and builds solutions/programmes/products contextualized for the BoP settings. This is done in collaboration with state governments international grantmakers corporate foundations and NGOs. Over the two decades Ei Shiksha has undertaken over 80 projects with 35 clients 16languages 40detailed studies published) across geographies sociolinguistic backgrounds in India and abroad for more than 10 million students across different grades.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Work with our field teams to design and implement robust monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.
2. Prepare meticulously drafted progress reports (documents and slide decks) to share with clients and donors
3. Provide inputs to products and solutions implementation and BD team for improvement in programme management and proposals/programme design respectively
4. Facilitate project logistics to ensure invoicing account management (CRM) and project repositories are up to date
5. Help our Business Development team successfully retain and upsell/cross sell our clients on other products/projects.
6. Supporting AVP Account Management in client engagement/delight by assisting in the preparation of case studies articles and working papers to document the impact of our programme on end beneficiaries
7. Build MIS and pitch decks for monthly reporting to investors
8. Support finance team during audits.
9. Identifying opportunities to improve our product based on customer feedback data analysis and feature gaps with competitive products.

Requirements
Experience
1. 810 years of work experience preferably in the social impact and/or educational sector. Should be comfortable
setting up and leading a small team
2. Experience of donor management/client delight
3. Experience in business analytics working with large data sets
Key Skills
1. Working in teams: This role is at the intersection of different functions within the organization (implementation communication account management). Were looking for a peopleperson who is good at working with cross functional teams.
2. Visualizing and communicating information: We want to delight our clients with the reports we share. For this we need someone with exemplary written communication an eye for highquality document understanding of M&E and designing excellent slide decks.
3. Meeting deadlines: Project monitoring and evaluation is a perpetual process and reports need to be sent to clients periodically. We need someone who is efficient and meets deadlines.
4. Creating and implementing systems: M&E work needs to be structured and systemic. We want someone who can create and maintain meticulous repositories share standardized reports like clockwork and make sure that logistical requirements like invoicing are carried out without a hitch.
5. Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.

Education
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration Finance Data Engineering preferred
