Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Client Service Manager to join our team at our Hyderabad location. This fulltime position requires 1 to 3 years of work experience in managing client relations with a specific focus on the real estate sector. The role involves interacting with clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently thereby contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have real estate experience as managing real estate projects and clients forms a crucial part of this role (Mandatory skill).
  • Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members ensuring clarity and understanding in all communications.
  • Proficiency in both Telugu and English enabling seamless communication in a multilingual work environment.
  • Have a pleasant personality that facilitates positive interactions with clients and fosters a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Be comfortable commuting to various locations as needed to meet with clients and address their service needs.
  • Demonstrate strong sales skills with the ability to identify potential business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Be proactive in problemsolving quickly identifying issues and implementing effective solutions to enhance the client experience.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients maintaining a professional and positive relationship to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective marketing solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Conduct regular followup with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and gather feedback for service improvement.
  • Assist clients in navigating complex real estate transactions providing expertise and guidance to facilitate successful deals.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients highlighting the benefits of our services and how they meet specific needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions communications and agreements ensuring that information is accessible and uptodate.
  • Identify opportunities for new business by analyzing client feedback and industry trends then working to develop strategies that capitalize on these opportunities.
