Assistant Case Handler Northampton

Salary 26000 DOE

Location Northampton

Hours full time

Are you looking to build a career in conveyancing with a company that values professional development and progression We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Case Handler to join a wellestablished and growing conveyancing firm based in Northampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain handson experience in the legal sector with ongoing training a clear development path and opportunities to advance within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with client and introducer updates.
  • Preparing and issuing Draft Contracts on property sales.
  • Drafting financial statements for sales transactions.
  • Handling redemption statements from lenders.
  • Managing and diarising enquiries purchase contracts and replies.
  • Supporting with exchanges completion letters and financial packs.
  • Providing essential administrative support to conveyancers.

The Candidate

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
  • Previous experience in conveyancing or legal administration is desirable but not essential.
  • A proactive and teamoriented approach to work.
