What will you do

  • Handle calls emails and chats in French with professionalism and care.

  • Act as a brand ambassador staying informed about promotions and current offers.

  • Address account and billing issues upsell services troubleshoot and manage fraudulent orders and returnsalways following provided guidelines.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers offering empathetic and professional service.

  • Record customer interactions in the CRM system including shipping instructions.

  • Monitor and follow up on cases to ensure timely and effective resolution.

Candidate profile

  • Fluent in French (C1/C2 with good command of English (B2.

  • You must possess the legal documents required to work in Greece (EU passport or valid work visa).

  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.

  • Basic IT skills and ability to multitask effectively.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to shiftbased work schedules.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus!
