Job Description
Location: Oakland CA
Hours: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM
Schedule: Monday Friday
Start Date:Continuously recruitment (Depending on clients needs)
Pay Range:$18/hour
Job Summary:
The Facility Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean organized and compliant work environment within the cannabis production facility. This role ensures all areas meet sanitation standards regulatory requirements and safety protocols to support efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning and sanitation of production areas common spaces restrooms and break rooms.
- Dispose of waste and hazardous materials following safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Sanitize surfaces equipment and workstations to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Restock cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor of any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Follow all health safety and compliance protocols to prevent contamination or hazards.
- Assist in deepcleaning tasks as scheduled or needed.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized facility.
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or janitorial experience preferred especially in a regulated environment (e.g. food production pharmaceutical or cannabis).
- Ability to follow strict sanitation and safety protocols.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
- Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must pass any required background checks per local and state cannabis regulations
Due to industry requirements candidates must be 21 years or older.
