Schedule: This is a fulltime standard business hours position located at TPGs corporate headquarters in Ashburn Virginia. Some additional night or weekend hours may be required.

Job Summary:
The Contracts Administrator will work with the Business Operations Finance and Field Operations teams to manage the full lifecycle of contract administration in accordance with program needs. They ensure the timely completion of tasks and quality measures related to contract requirements.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle contract administration to include but not limited to issuing NDAs consulting agreements subcontract agreements teaming agreements and contract closeouts
- Read and analyze contracts and solicitations; provide consultative and technical guidance to management on issues regarding contract administration including PWS/SOW interpretation and FAR compliance for current and potential contracts subcontracts and teaming agreements
- Draft review negotiate contracts ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and align with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including vendors clients and internal departments to negotiate contract terms and resolve any disputes or issues that may arise during the contract lifecycle.
- Develop and implement contract management best practices standard operating procedures (SOPs) and templates.
- Lead and participate client meetings as needed to include contract kick offs and weekly status meetings
- Create implement and maintain a contract repository
- Manage the administrative needs for the companys GSA MAS Schedule and any other contract vehicles
- Maintain complete and accurate corporate contract files in accordance with all applicable regulations to facilitate internal administration and audits by outside entities
- Monitor SCA and Wage Determination updates; bear primary responsibility for ensuring price adjustments are developed and submitted timely with support from the Finance and Business Operations Departments
- Provide other support on contractual issues to included responding to FOIA requests as required
- Support the companys administrative logistics and purchasing functions with vendor vetting agreement development and review and price negotiation
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in any related field AND 2to4year experience as an contract administrator. Work experience may be substituted as education
- Prior working experience with SCA and wagedetermined contracts GSA MAS Schedules and/or subcontract plan administration
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word Excel Teams)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise a high level of confidentiality
- Current indepth knowledge level of government contracting regulations including but not limited to FAR.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to work in a teambased environment with minimum oversight and exceptional attention to detail
- Proven track record of working under pressure in a fastpaced environment and ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels
- Selfmotivated proactive and forwardthinking
