Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide secondlevel technical support for datacenter and building networks including WAN and LAN environments.
- Manage and maintain firewall systems ensuring security policies and configurations are up to date.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to various network devices such as routers switches and load balancers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement network changes and upgrades.
- Monitor network performance and security identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities and risks.
- Participate in the design and implementation of network solutions ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Document network configurations changes and incidents according to standard procedures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of network support processes and best practices.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven experience in a network support role with a strong focus on datacenter and building networks.
- Indepth knowledge of firewall management and experience with firewall technologies including Checkpoint and Palo Alto.
- Proficiency in supporting a variety of network devices including Cisco routers and switches.
- Familiarity with WAN and LAN technologies including routing protocols and network segmentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
- Relevant certifications in network technologies such as CCNA CCNP Check Point Certified Systems Administrator (CCSA) and Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE) are advantageous.
