Location: Serbia (Locals Only No Relocation)

Our Client is a leading firm in the FX industry dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are currently expanding our team and looking for experienced agents to enhance our retention efforts.
Job Responsibilities:
Retention Agents:
- Engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate effectively in designated languages (English) for CA Desk
- Assist clients with inquiries and provide support for their trading activities.
- Develop strategies to improve client loyalty and retention rates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the FX industry is a must.
- Fluency in the required languages:
- English (CA Desk)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
- Strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
