PMO Consultant with German
Location: Wrocaw / Warsaw / Katowice
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

The opportunity
CSS role help enables Consulting Engagement teams efficiency and delivery through the key project management and coordination activities.
We support endtoend engagement lifecycle and project management activities that are essential to every engagement region and practice. We help in project coordination & management financial analysis engagement compliance & governance requirements across industries and countries.
Your key responsibilities
- Interface regularly with engagement personnel develop strong working relationships and leverage information gained to anticipate client needs
- To support onshore Consultingengagement teams on engagement management and coordination activities
- Work on applications like Power BiVisio and SharePoint etc.
- Reporting and preparing Dashboards for client team including senior leadership
- Support quality and risk management needs across Consulting practices
- Able to effectively summarize and conclude on work applying appropriate documentation standards
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a highpressure
Skills and attributes for success
- Previous experience in the project management area
- Strong attention to detail even when dealing with routine tasks
- Prior experience working with Global cliental preferred
- Organised and selfdisciplined
- Confident to deal with senior level contacts internally and externally
To qualify for the role you must have
- PM/PMO knowledge / experience ideally at least 3 years
- Very Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong English and German communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer skills including advanced Microsoft Office (World Excel Power Point)
- Ability to function as part of a teambut also as individual performer
- Willingness to learn and develop
- Proactiveness and flexibility
Ideally you will also have
- Additional language will be an advantage
- Power BI MS Project Visio SharePoint etc.
- PM/PMO trainings or certification
