We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as an Executive HR & Admin. In this key role you will play a vital part in shaping the work environment ensuring compliance and enhancing the overall wellbeing of our employees.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the companys goals and objectives including talent acquisition retention and performance management.
Lead the recruitment process for a predominantly Indian workforce from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding and orientation.
Manage employee relations including conflict resolution addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
Identify training needs create development programs and monitor training effectiveness to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.
Oversee administrative functions including facilities management procurement and office operations to ensure a well organized and efficient workplace.
Develop and maintain performance appraisal systems to assess and reward employee performance fairly and transparently.
Manage the companys compensation and benefits program including salary structures incentives and employee benefits.
Formulate and update HR policies procedures and manuals to reflect best practices and promote a safe and respectful workplace.
Prepare regular reports and analyses related to HR and administrative functions for senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience of 7 to 10 years in HR management preferably in an international context.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse environment.
