Deputy Home Manager (Residential Care and Rehabilitation)

Salary: Up to 30500 p/a

Our client a specialist residential and rehabilitation service for individuals with complex needs and brain injuries is looking for a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join their team. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced care professional to take on a leadership role ensuring highquality personcentred care while supporting both residents and staff.

As Deputy Home Manager you will play a key role in the daytoday running of the service working closely with the Home Manager to ensure safe effective and compassionate care. This role requires a strong leader who can inspire and support staff ensuring compliance with CQC regulations while maintaining a warm and nurturing environment for residents.

What Were Looking For

  • Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Previous senior and leadership experience within a care setting
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and best practices in care
  • Passion for personcentred care and supporting individuals with complex needs
  • Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor staff fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and promote best practices in care.
  • Work closely with residents families and multidisciplinary teams to develop personcentred care plans.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery and quality.
